At AFarringtale Events LLC, we strive to provide exceptional event planning services to all our clients. In order to ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policies that govern how we work with you, handle events, and provide our services. Please review these policies carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Booking Policy

  • Reservation and Booking: To secure our event planning services, a signed agreement and an initial deposit are required. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed in writing.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin planning. This deposit is deducted from the total service cost.

  • Final Payment: The final balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, the event may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or postpone your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made [insert number of days] days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any incurred costs.

  • Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule the event or discuss alternative solutions. 3. Changes to Event Details

  • Event Modifications: We understand that event details may change. Any adjustments to your event plan (such as changes to the guest list, venue, schedule, or design) must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or if they affect vendor contracts.

  • Client Responsibilities: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any major changes to the event requirements, venue, or guest count promptly to avoid any issues with service provision.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Paypal and Cash. Payment instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

  • Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to any balance not paid by the agreed deadline. If payment is not received after TBA days, your event may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Vendor Policy

  • Vendor Coordination: We will coordinate with all selected vendors to ensure that your event runs smoothly. Any additional costs or changes due to the vendor will be communicated to you.

  • Third-Party Vendors: If you are using a vendor not provided or approved by us, we are not responsible for the quality or delivery of their services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure third-party vendors are reliable and fulfill their contractual obligations.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: While we strive to provide the highest standard of service, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event. We recommend that clients have insurance to cover accidents, property damage, or injuries.

  • Insurance: Clients may be required to provide proof of insurance for certain venues or events. We will notify you of any insurance requirements prior to booking.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for event planning purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to coordinate event logistics.

  • Data Protection: We take appropriate measures to protect the security of your personal information, including secure payment processing and data storage.

8. Event Behavior Policy

  • Respectful Behavior: All attendees of the event are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to ask individuals who display disruptive behavior to leave the event.

  • Alcohol and Smoking: If alcohol is being served, clients are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and distribution. Smoking may only be allowed in designated areas if the venue permits it.

9. Force Majeure Policy

We will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations under the service agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or any other event that prevents or delays the performance of the services.

10. Event Completion and Post-Event Services

  • Event Completion: Once the event concludes, we will conduct a post-event review, ensuring that all aspects of the event are concluded as per the agreement. Any feedback you provide will be greatly appreciated to improve our services.

  • Post-Event Billing: Any additional charges for services or adjustments requested after the event will be invoiced separately. Payment for these post-event services is due within [insert number of days] days of the invoice date.

11. Compliance with Local Laws

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including any necessary permits, licensing, or venue restrictions. We will provide guidance where necessary but cannot be held liable for non-compliance.
